This high-pressure, computer-controlled hydraulic water pressure testing machine is designed to perform a wide range of tests, including hydrostatic, burst, leak, and proof pressure tests on various components such as automobile parts, hydraulic systems, pipes, and pressure vessels. It's ideal for testing items like brake pipes, air-conditioning hoses, radiators, hydraulic equipment, cylinders, valves, and more.

Working Principle: The system operates using compressed air (3-8 bar), which is converted into high hydraulic pressure via a pneumatic liquid booster pump. This high-pressure hydraulic system serves as the medium for conducting hydrostatic and burst tests.

  • For faster testing, the electric water injection pump (flow rate 30-100 L/min) can first fill the test item with normal water, and then the hydraulic booster pump can pressurize the water to the required testing pressure.
