The 1250°C TGA Thermogravimetric Analyzer offers precise measurement of mass changes in samples during heating, cooling, or at a constant temperature. Ideal for analyzing thermal stability, composition, and decomposition, this analyzer is essential in R&D, quality monitoring, and process optimization across industries such as plastics, rubber, pharmaceuticals, coatings, catalysts, and metal materials.

Advanced Controller and Software:

  1. Equipped with an imported 32-bit ARM Cortex-M3 processor for high-speed data processing.
  2. Uses a 24-bit, four-way AD sampling system to collect DSC, TG, and temperature signals.
  3. Separate 8-bit microcontroller controls power and water circulation, isolating main unit from cooling to ensure smooth operation.

Thermal and Composition Analysis:

  • DSC Capabilities: Measures melting, crystallization, phase changes, reaction temperatures, and heats of reaction.
  • TGA Capabilities: Analyzes thermal stability, decomposition, oxidation, reduction, and calculates composition ratios, water content, and solvent identification.

Key Features:

  • Top-Loading Design: Ensures easy, safe sample handling.
  • Complementary DSC and TGA Methods: When used together, these methods help interpret phase transitions and mass changes, especially beneficial for unknown samples.

Spectrum analysis:
