High-Pressure Pneumatic Water Test Pump Hydraulic Booster System

The Liquid Booster System is designed for high-pressure hydraulic testing, including proof-pressure and burst testing, with versatile applications for various industries.

Operational Instructions

  1. Fill the Tank: Add water or hydraulic oil to the liquid tank and securely connect the driven air supply and the testing object, ensuring no leaks.
  2. Adjust Air Pressure: Close the unloading valve, open the high-pressure liquid outlet valve, and adjust the driven air pressure to 5 bar (for example) using the air regulator.
  3. Activate the System: Switch on the driven air, and the machine will begin generating high hydraulic pressure for the test.
  4. End of Test: Once the test is complete, switch off the driven air, open the unloading valve to return the high-pressure liquid to the tank, and disconnect the testing object.
