How To Use

Step 1: Contain.

Relax your entire body, hold the device in one hand and place it in your mouth, and keep your mouthpiece level with the ground. Please note that the opening on the cover of the device should be kept clear and not covered with another object.

Part 2: Inhale.

Inhale slowly through your nose and hold your breath for 1-2 seconds.

Step 3: Exhale.

Exhale slowly and for as long as possible by shouting to clear the mouth of the mucus evacuator. Do not bulge your cheeks when you exhale; keep your cheek muscles tense. This is essential for the proper use of the device and can be done with the other hand on the cheek when exhaling to ensure that the muscles are tight.

(Exhale slowly. Tighten your cheeks, your chest should be vibrating.）

Step 4: Repeat.

Repeat steps 2 and 3 - inhaling and exhaling, and hold the breath for an appropriate period of time, during which rapid and vigorous breathing should be avoided.
