Working Principle: In the MSZG series Double Cone Vacuum Dryer, thermal energy, such as hot water, low-pressure steam, or thermal oil, is introduced into the airtight jacket. This heat is then transferred through the inner shell to the material undergoing drying. Powered rotation of the tank ensures continuous mixing of the materials, enhancing the drying process. Operating under vacuum conditions, the vapor pressure decreases, causing the surface water (solvent) of the material to evaporate. This evaporated moisture is promptly discharged and recovered by the vacuum pump.
