This PLC-controlled hydraulic test bench is designed to perform hydrostatic, burst, leak, and proof pressure tests on a variety of components. It is ideal for testing automobile parts, hydraulic systems, and various pipes and hoses. The system ensures precise pressure control and safety for testing items like brake pipes, air-conditioning hoses, hydraulic equipment, cylinders, and pressure vessels.

Working Principle: The system uses compressed air (3-8 bar) as a power source, which is converted into high hydraulic pressure via a pneumatic liquid booster pump. This hydraulic pressure serves as the test medium to conduct hydrostatic and burst testing on various items.

Additional Options:

1. Automatic Air Bubble Expulsion: An electric water injection pump (30-100 L/min flow rate) can be added to automatically expel air bubbles and speed up the testing process (additional cost).
2. Manual Air Bubble Expulsion: For cost savings, ordinary water can be manually filled into the test object to expel air bubbles before activating the hydraulic pump for high-pressure testing.
