    Question: What are the 12 levels of resistance equivalent too pound wise? Don't need to know exactly for each individual level, but what is level 1 vs level 12?

    Answer: It kinda depends on your strength vs. weight. When I first used the equipment I maintained no more than level 2/3. As I am getting used the machine I increase. There are a few workouts I found on YouTube and I normally get on it after I use my spin bike.
