Natural and Safe
LANDEN KUEIYANG Hornwood is selected from nature and is not harmful to livestock. It will lower pH levels very slightly at the beginning phase. But the effect will be moderated naturally with time or periodically water changes.
[Precautions] A stone or aquarium glue to hold smaller pieces may be needed for the initial stage as it may float due to buoyancy. Use only for Aquarium and keep out of reach of children.
Cautions in Use
It is natural driftwood, and LANDEN undergoes a unique process before packaging. It effectively breaks down some of the tannins to prevent individual driftwoods with high tannin content from possibly spitting out color at a later stage.
It is recommended to do the following treatment before entering the aquarium.
- Soak it in water for about 5 days(It is recommended to change the water twice a day）
- Boil it in hot water for about 1-2 hours to release the tannins until the water color remains unchanged; repeat the above steps if necessary.
