Answer :Yes , I use mine at least 5 days a week with 3 bands attached for 10 minutes. I started with no bands and increased to three within 3 weeks. 4 bands I can do but the seat dips too low . I am 72 years young and feel my legs are a lot stronger and tighter. I have had this at least two months.Was worth the $90 some dollars,My gym did open so I go to gym twice a week.I also bought the rowing machine also and is a great upper body the way I row.

Answer: Hi yes this item does fold (not sure how to attach a picture in this reply to show you), when folded the widest point is 10 inches...so if your bed sits a little high and you have a space of 11 inches from the bottom of your mattress/box spring to the floor, then yes this will fit just fine. You can also fold and put in a corner, the height/width/depth folded is 56"x19"x10". Hope this helps :-

Answer: I believe the description said it holds up to 300 lbs. I weigh 180 and it works for me without any problems. The machine is stable.
