How do I return an item?

Return/Refund Policy

Order Cancellation request should be within 24hrs of placing the order. Store credit will be offered if you still wish to cancel the order.

Please note, all transaction costs, original shipping charges and return shipping costs if applicable, will not be refunded.

Cancellation Fee

If you cancel an order after your credit card has been charged, there is a 10% cancellation fee, due to external non refundable transaction costs.

30 Day Return Policy 

Your complete satisfaction is our priority. That is why we offer a 30-day customer satisfaction guarantee on eligible products. If you are unsatisfied with the product you purchased, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a refund. Refund takes maximum of 15 business days.

The product must be unused, clean, and undamaged (unless the damage occurred during delivery), and returns must include the original packaging and materials.

Transit Damage Grace Period (2 Days)

We have a two-day grace period in which you must notify us of damages caused by the shipping company during transit. Damaged reported after the initial two-day grace period will be determined on a case by case basis, however, if our customer service is not notified (via live chat, email or phone) about the damage within the initial 48 hours of receiving the product we will assume the damage is consumer inflicted.

Please note: Any item damaged due to reasons that are not included in the warranty cannot be qualified for a refund. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Customers should pay for the return shipment if the reason for return isn't a result of

After you contact us by email or phone and your request is approved, we will send you a prepaid shipping label to mail back the items to our warehouse.


Non-Returnable Products

 Used nasal cannulas of Oxygen concentrator and used hyperbaric oxygen chamber accessoriesParts, cables, spirometry mouthpieces, spirometry filters, test kits, rapid tests and custom-made items are not eligible for return. Due to FDA regulations some products cannot be returned due to restrictions caused by COVID-19. Refrigerators and freezers are nonreturnable. We do not accept return of products that are sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
